Orders placed before 11:30 AM are shipped the same day. Delivery times range from 48 to 72 hours within Italy, depending on destination and courier. - How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If you don’t receive it or have any issues, contact our customer support. - Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, depending on the order’s processing status. - What should I do if my order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete?

- How do I return or exchange an item?
To request a return or size exchange, fill out the form included in your shipment and email it to hello@athleas.com. Please also include the form inside the return package so we can correctly identify it. Return shipping is generally at the customer’s expense unless otherwise stated in active promotions. - How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item, typically within 10 business days.
