1. Read the label

Each material has different needs. Always follow the care instructions on the label: it’s the first step to preserving quality and functionality.

2. Gentle washing

• Wash at low temperatures (max 40°C / 104°F).
• Avoid bleach or harsh detergents.
• For technical fabrics, use a delicate cycle or a laundry bag.
• Turn garments inside out to protect colors and prints.

3. Drying

• Air dry, avoiding the tumble dryer.
• Do not expose garments to direct sunlight for long periods.

4. Ironing

ATHLEAS garments do not require ironing: technical fabrics maintain their shape and comfort on their own.

5. Storage

• Fold garments carefully.
• Avoid hangers for heavy items to prevent deformation.
• Keep away from abrasive surfaces.
