Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy


Storage of Materials

  • Always keep the original packaging, boxes, and documentation: they are required for any returns.
  • Items returned without their original packaging will not be accepted.

Inspection upon Delivery

  • At the time of delivery, check that the shipment is correct;
  • In case of discrepancies (e.g., damaged or defective items), note and report the issue on the return form included in the package;
  • If the product does not match your order, or you are not satisfied, you may request a return and refund under the following terms.

 

RETURNS

  • You have the right to return a product within 10 days from receipt;
  • To start the return, send the completed return form to: hello@athleas.com

Important:

  • The correctly completed return form must be included in the return package;
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer;
  • Items must be new, intact, and in their original packaging;
  • Used items or those with odors of smoke, perfume, or detergent will not be refunded;
  • ATHLEAS reserves the right to verify the product’s integrity and withhold part of the refund in case of damage.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of ATHLEAS receiving the returned items;
  • The refund will cover the original purchase price as stated in the order summary;
  • The return will be verified: in case of false declarations or non-compliant goods, the refund will not be issued;
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method chosen at purchase, except for non-EU orders, which will be refunded via bank transfer.


Return Request: Procedure

Filling out the request

  • Send the completed return form within 10 days of receiving your order to: hello@athleas.com

Shipping the products

  • Use the original packaging and boxes;
  • Include the documentation received and the completed return form;
  • Packages must be shipped by the customer via a courier of their choice. Cash on delivery shipments will not be accepted;
  • Used items or those with odors will not be refunded.

Refund processing

  • Once the returned products are received and verified, the refund will be processed within 10 business days;
  • Refund method: the same payment used at purchase, except for non-EU orders, refunded via bank transfer.

 

WARRANTY

  • ATHLEAS offers an official 2-year warranty from the date of purchase;
  • The warranty covers hidden defects, not damage caused by misuse or wear;
  • The warranty does not apply to defects already known to the customer at the time of purchase.


How to claim warranty

  • Contact ATHLEAS by email: hello@athleas.com and explain the issue;
  • Once the product is received, ATHLEAS will verify the defect and, if confirmed, send a replacement or process a refund;
  • If no defect is found, the customer will be informed of repair or replacement costs;
  • In case of defect, ATHLEAS may offer alternative products of equal or greater value.
